只要地球还在，那么环保就是一个经久不衰的话题；只要人类还在发展，那么环保就时刻被赋予这新的含义。
伟大的无产阶级革命导师恩格斯曾说过：“我们连同我们的血、肉、大脑一起都属于自然界，存在于自然界。”自然界作为一种客观的存在，它为人类提供了各种物质和能量，是人类存在和延续的基础。然而，人类却以破坏作为回报。因此，在环境遭到如此严重破坏的今天，保护环境，建设美好家园这一责任担负在我们这一代身上。作为地球村的一员，我们该如何拯救我们自己的家园呢？
首先，应该从教育入手。让孩子们从小就认识到保护环境的重要性。我们可以把以环保为主题的课程引入幼儿园、小学。或者是组织一支以高中生和大学生为主体的志愿者团队走入校园进行环保教育。从教孩子们如何分类垃圾开始，让孩子们从小养成垃圾分类的好习惯。
其次，在社区或者是校园里建立环保超市。提倡人们将旧物收集起来，去环保超市把旧物换成他们需要的生活必需品。如将旧电池或者是坏旧的电器兑换成新电池和生活用品。在学校也可以将用完的笔芯等拿到超市兑换成新的学习用具。这样不仅可以将垃圾集中起来交给国家统一处理，还可以得到自己需要的东西，是一个环保的好方法。
最后，我们都知道，秸秆制成的餐具已经可以代替塑料成为一种新型的环保餐具。它防水、可降解，健康无毒，对环境没有任何的破坏。既然如此，我们是不是可以让秸秆发挥更大的作用呢？网络购物随着电商的进步得到空前的发展，但是随之而来的是大量的快递包装给环境带来的压力和破坏愈演愈烈。每年这些快递所产生的包装垃圾就达到400多万吨。如果我们可以利用秸秆包装代替快递包装的纸箱，不仅可以满足我们的生活需求，而且还能够最大程度地保护环境，一举两得。
绿色生活其实并不难，关键在于我们是否真的关注并真正地行动起来。为了我们共同的绿色家园，请你我从现在开始，从自己做起，为我们的生存环境献出我们的智慧和力量吧!
Greener Life Built by Our Hands
The environmental protection will be an eternal issue so long as the earth exists, and it will be anew so long as the human race develops.
According to Engels, the well-known proletarian guide, “we, together with our blood, flesh, and brains, are born by and in the nature.” The objective nature provides us with diversified materials and energies, and it’s thus fundamental to our present and future. Unfortunately, we damage or even destroy our environment as reward. Therefore, in the era when the environment is seriously damaged, we shoulder the responsibility to protect the environment and build our beautiful home. So, my question is, how to make our home survived as a member of the global village?
Firstly, education helps for a better environment, and our children, from their very beginning, shall bear in mind the importance of environmental protection. For instance, courses on environmental protection shall be introduced to kindergartens and primary schools, or volunteers mainly composed of students from senior high school and colleges shall carry out such courses. By doing so, our children will be better at classifying the rubbish, and that’s indeed a good habit.
Secondly, more supermarkets built in communities and on campus. People are suggested to collect old batteries or household appliances, or other things seldom used in their daily life, and exchange for necessities in such supermarkets. Students can also exchange their out-of-use pencils and pens for new ones. In this way, rubbish can be collected and reused in our country and it’s indeed environmentally safe.
Last but not the least, as is known to all, dinning wares made by straws has been environmentally-friendly instead of plastics because its water-proof, bio-degradable, and toxic-free. So, why straws not play an ever important role in such protection. With the development of e-commerce, online shopping becomes popular, but the increasing amount of packages have done great harm to the environment, because the packaging rubbish amounts to 4 million tons every year! If the paper boxes are replaced by straw-made package, the environment will be, to the largest extent, protected.
A green life is never far from us, and the key lies in our determination and action. So, ladies and gentlemen, for the sake of our green home, please act now and by your own. Let’s contribute more for our environment and our earth!
