    以上这段话是从百度上复制粘贴下来的。不得不说，几年过去了，现在环保的宣传语还是这些。说空话嘛，谁都会。类似的宣誓我们也做了不少了。所以今天我不准备再说这些具体行动了。当然了，我并不是说以上观点不对，只是这可能并没有嘴上说说那么简单。

    而我今天要做的，则是想引发各位的一些思考。因为我相信，只有从内心认识了，理解了，接受了环保的理念，才能做到“从心所欲，不逾矩”。

    我要说的，是一类“伪发达国家行为”。什么意思呢？就是只取了发达国家的糟粕，把精华都给剔除了。众所周知，美国是一个浪费行为十分严重的国家：经数据统计，美国30%-40%的食物是被浪费掉的。绝大多数的美国人搬家时会把家具扔掉。他们在夏天几乎全天把空调开到60华氏度，冬天又开到80华氏度。他们平均开着耗油4升的车，而中国人开3.6升的已经是土豪了。

    于是乎中国的一部分有钱人，或者一些想要让自己看起来有钱的人，便开始学习这种无谓的浪费，美其名曰“排场”他们会在餐厅里点上远超自己食量2倍的菜，每个菜的作用仅仅是品尝，一盘菜才下去一半，就被冷落到它变凉，下桌，被丢进垃圾桶。此外，本来没有开趴习惯的国人也被惯出了这么个坏毛病，本来只开小轿车就足够的城市人被惯得要追求什么American Muscle。这个过程中，我们不会想到为了提供垃圾桶中的这些肉，我们要让更多的牛制造多少沼气；我们不会去数为了开趴我们要用掉多少450年才降解的了的一次性塑料杯盘；我们也不会知道我们每公里多用掉的几升油地球要多长时间才造的出来，烧掉它们又会产生几千克有害气体。

    我们以为这就是高端的生活，我们以为这就是城市人的生活，我们以为这就是发达国家的人应该享受的生活。但是我们没去注意过的是，美国早在1970年就制订了资源再生法，仅提供进行示范的拨款就高达453亿美元，随着科技的进步，他们的垃圾回收率高达50%，连钞票都是垃圾制成。人们十分注意垃圾分类，回收利用，旧的衣物，电器，都会给流浪汉或者慈善机构，人们购物时也会自觉携带布袋，而他们开趴时用的一次性物品，现在的原材料也大部分改成了玉米淀粉。

    我们有很多借口可以找：他们人口少、他们早就发展完了，不必再制造污染了。但是在斥责他们的同时，我们是不是也应该承认他们的可取之处呢？是不是也应该改正自己的错误呢？

地球，为什么被叫作地球妈妈呢？因为她承担了我们生活所需的一切资源。可这不意味着我们可以无休止地使用它们。我觉得这就好像一位70亿孩子的母亲，可是这其中有很多却是“啃老族”。而好孩子也渐渐地被兄弟姐妹们带坏了。这是一种十分可悲的现象。我没有针对什么人，但也希望在座的各位不要只是当听个故事，心里想着这些人怎么这么差劲。也反思一下自己是不是也是“这些人”的一部分，做事之前先想想自己是不是理智的，而不是纯粹的盲目跟风。

  “Mother earth I Love you! I decide to start from the smalls: No dropping a single piece of litter in the street, no spitting a single sputum in the public occasion. I’ll love the birds, protect the animals, guard the woods. And I’ll put my heart and soul to protect the kind mother of mine!”

  All of the above are copied from the internet, and have been said by people around the world for decades. And actually, people hardly make a start after taking countless vows like that. So, I’m not going to talk about the things we should do. Of course I’m not saying those are wrong, but taking action isn’t as simple as saying the words.

  What I’m trying to do, is to make you really think about the problems. Because I believe, only by keeping ears open and grasping the importance of the environment protection can we do as we please but never violate the laws.

  I’m going to talk about the behavior of “fake advanced country”. That means a kind of behavior that takes all the dross of advanced countries, and rejects all the great essence. As we all know, America is a country of consumption and a throwaway society. 30% to 40% of the foods are thrown away and all the cheap furniture are also dropped when most American move their house. Beside that, they usually keep their house cool at 16 degree during the summer and warm at 28 degree during the winter. In addition, they drive the car that cost 4 liter of petrol in average.

  Consequently, some of the rich Chinese, or the ones who want to be look like rich, start to learn from these meaningless waste, and call this “the behavior of rich”. They order 2 times more dishes than their capacity for eating. And eat the dishes only for tasting. So they just drop the dishes that were only half eaten. And we learn to host parties even though we don’t even know what parties are before. We start to drive “American muscle” even though we were always driving a much smaller car. While we are doing this, we won’t think about how much methane cows are producing to provide the meat dropped in the trash can. We won’t count the number of plastic containers we use in party, which takes the earth 450 years to degrade. And we also don’t know how long it will take the earth to produce the petrol we use, and how many kilogram of poisonous gas it will give out when it burns up.

  We think that this is the quality life, this is the urban life, this is the kind of life that is supposed to be enjoyed by people in advanced countries. But what we didn’t ever notice, is that America formulated the law of resources recycling. And they have appropriated 45.3 dollars only for demonstration. With the progress in technology, their rate of garbage recycling is even in excess of 50%. Even the bills are made from garbage. And beside that, people pay great attention to rubbish sorting. And they give away their outdated clothes and electrical equipment to the vagrants and the charity. They take sacks with them when they are going to the markets. And they use disposable dishes and cups because they know that those are made from corn starch.

We have numerous excuses: they have less population, they are advanced and don’t have to produce the pollutions. But while blaming them, shouldn’t we admit their merit? Shouldn’t we correct our own mistakes?

  Why do we call earth “mother”? Because she undertakes all we need in resources. But that doesn’t mean we can use them without any limits. It’s just like a mother with her 7 billion kids. But many of us are “parents eater”. And good kids are gradually infected by their brothers and sisters. It’s such a pathetic phenomenon.

  All of the above are not intended against anyone. But I hope all of you don’t treat these as stories, and only think about how bad those people are, but self-examinate whether you are also one of “those people”. And consider deeply whether it’s reasonable to do a thing, to enjoy your life, but not follow the others without thinking.
